  • A personalized meal plan guide + discussion on how to maintain & sustain health goals longterm. Supplementation and lifestyle recommendations included in the meal planning guide.
  • On site presence for athletes with athletic events such as weight cutting .
  • *Athletes who require a weight cutting this plan will be included.
  • *one of your follow up sessions may be used as a grocery store tour
